All radiators manufactured by LLC “PRES”:

  • Are not inferior to the best foreign products and, in terms of strength and thermal performance, surpass many international models.

The originality of the bimetallic radiator design lies in the fact that it consists of a strong steel tubular frame resistant to electrochemical corrosion, with external fins made of high-quality aluminum alloy, press-fitted using high-pressure casting. This creates a monolithic structure that eliminates contact between aluminum and water, and therefore corrosion. The design guarantees resistance to sudden above-norm pressure surges in the system throughout the entire service life, which neither aluminum nor cast-iron radiators can withstand.

The radiators are adapted for any heating systems of residential and industrial buildings with a system operating pressure of up to 18 atm. Unlike Western analogues (aluminum radiators), these radiators do not require special water preparation (purification, reduction of acidity or alkalinity).

Advantages of aluminum radiators reinforced with a steel pipe manufactured by LLC “PRES” compared to foreign-made bimetallic radiators:

  1. The nominal bore of the vertical internal pipe in PRES radiators is 3/4 inch, while foreign analogues have 1/2 inch, which leads to faster clogging of the radiator.
  2. The wall thickness of the steel pipe in PRES radiators is 2.8 mm, compared to 1.2 mm in foreign analogues, meaning higher reliability.
  3. The use of pipes with an internal diameter of 22 mm in PRES radiators reduces hydraulic resistance compared to foreign analogues (internal diameter 13–17 mm).

When developing steel register radiators, specialists of LLC “PRES” were guided by the need to create an affordable domestic heating device specifically for modern residential construction programs.

The basis of these radiators is a welded tubular frame made of horizontal collectors and vertical finned pipes with an internal diameter of 22 mm. Externally, the tubular frame is enclosed with steel panels.

The internal and external surfaces of the radiators undergo anti-corrosion treatment by degreasing and phosphating. Painting is carried out using the electrostatic spraying method.
