Types of Radiators

We manufacture radiators of the following types:
«Flat 1» (narrow) (RBP 1D)Bimetallic radiators – differ from the “Flat 1” model by reduced overall dimensions and metal content while maintaining the same heat output
«Flat 2» (narrow) (RBP 1D-O)Bimetallic radiators – differ from the “Flat 2” model by reduced overall dimensions and metal content while maintaining the same heat output
All radiators produced by LLC “PRES”:
- Are not inferior to the best foreign models and, in terms of strength and thermal performance, surpass many foreign models.
- Are suitable for installation in buildings of any type: residential, public, industrial (including high-rise buildings up to 35 floors).
- Withstand operating pressures up to 18 atm and dynamic pressure spikes up to 25 atm.
- Do not require special water treatment.
- Have low hydraulic resistance.
Service life – at least 40 years. Warranty – 5 years.
Construction Description
The originality of the bimetal radiator design lies in its durable, electrochemically corrosion-resistant steel frame, which has external fins made of high-quality aluminum alloy pressed using high-pressure casting.
This forms a monolithic connection that prevents contact between aluminum and water, thereby eliminating corrosion. The structure is guaranteed to withstand sudden excessive pressure surges in the system throughout its service life, which no aluminum or cast-iron radiator can endure.
The radiators are adapted for any heating systems in residential and industrial premises with system operating pressure up to 18 atm. These radiators do not require special water treatment (purification, pH adjustment), unlike Western analogs (aluminum radiators).
