Radiator manufacturing
The entire radiator manufacturing process is carried out in specialized workshops at our enterprise. The equipment we operate allows us to create a closed production cycle for all types of radiators we manufacture.
The main stages of bimetallic radiator production are:
- Manufacturing of sealed steel tubular fittings.
- Production of radiator section castings reinforced with a steel tube.
- Trimming, cleaning, and surface preparation of the radiator section for painting.
- Assembly of the radiator with the specified number of sections and the required connection scheme to the heating system.
- Painting in a paint booth using the electrostatic spraying method.
After each stage, the product undergoes inspection.
The main stages of steel register radiator production are:
- Manufacturing of a sealed steel tubular base with the specified number of sections and the required connection scheme to the heating system.
- Welding fins to the base.
- Assembly and welding of the external casings.
- Anti-corrosion treatment using the phosphating method.
- Painting in a paint booth using the electrostatic spraying method.
After each stage, the product undergoes inspection.
Our enterprise has a dedicated galvanic section, which is used both in the production of radiators and in the manufacture of other products.
